This award is based on PHI’s recent accomplishments in the international marketplace. The Awards Dinner and Program, will take place in Atlanta during February, 2010, at the Georgia International Convention Center. Princeton Healthcare recently served as Chief Advisor, to the Owners of the Hospital Ana Costa Health System, and successfully orchestrated the $50,000,000 sales, merger and acquisition of this hospital system and HMO to a group of Investors based in out of the USA. The project was finalized in January 2010, in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Don Lloyd Williams, President and CEO of PHI was a Guest Speaker, and presenter at the 2nd Annual Conference, The World Medical Tourism and Global Health Congress, which was held in Los Angeles, California on October 27-29. Mr. Williams presentation topic. “ The Importance of Investments and Hospital Financing in a Challenging Market”, focused on funding and investment initiatives in India, and other key markets.

PHI signed a contract with the Federation of Brazilian Hospitals, a major hospital association in Brazil. In this capacity, PHI will provide consulting services in the areas of advanced medical technology, information technology, and financing.
